Great venue for a ceremony and reception. Includes bridal suite, parking, bathrooms, and a spacious barn with a bar and loft. Plenty of outdoor space that includes a large lawn for games, a pond, and a custom-made arbor. The location is convenient but private. Kate was very responsive and helpful during the planning stages and during the day of activities
